Common questions

• What do I receive with each delivery?

  Usually, I work in Figma, so deliverables are visual design. When I work with front-end developers, I can also deliver pull requests.

• Can I ask to design a big website and get the result like, poof, three days later?

  Larger requests take more work than a single round trip. When that's the case, you still receive results to discuss at each interval. This allows us to have concrete material quickly, and enables you to guide the progression of your larger requests.

• How can you offer unlimited revisions?

  Each new revision becomes a task and is accomplished within the usual timeframe. There's no limit to the number of tasks that can be queued, so there's no limit on revisions either! This allows for flexibility with priorities and time usage once a project is underway.

• I'm the biggest entrepreneur around, I've got forty-twelve projects going on, can my requests cover multiple different projects?

  Yes! If one request at a time is below your outsized ambitions, it's possible to take up a second available slot, so we can have up to two requests going on in parallel.

• Why no calls or meetings?

  Because meetings quickly cut into the time available for producing work. It's also a way to ensure that clients who choose Petite Révolte know how to express and synthesize their expectations clearly. This allows them to get much better value from the offered services.

  There is a way to schedule a video call together: A deliverable can be replaced by a video meeting lasting up to 2.5 hours. We then continue on the usual cycle, which protects the delivery timelines for each client.

• What is the refund policy?

  The payment for each month is final, but the subscription can be paused without time limit. If you change your mind after your first payment but before receiving your first delivery, just give a sign and I'll refund you without any problem.
