By starting a subscription with Petite Revolte, you agree to the following terms:
Petite Revolte inc. will provide design work that is original and free of plagiarism. When you judge it beneficial, Petite Revolte inc. will deliver its work as pull requests to your development team.
By remitting work, Petite Revolte inc. cedes all rights, titles and interest in the original work contained in each delivery, and renounces to exercise its moral rights vis-a-vis that specific work.
The frequency of deliveries is a promise of effort and not a guarantee. Ambitious deliveries will require more time, and quick deliveries will be treated in the shortest possible delays.
Work remitted does not engage Petite Revolte inc. to any responsibility in subsequent uses after it is delivered and accepted by you.
The subscription is cyclic and renewable. You can stop your subscription at any time, and you will benefit from the full service until the end of the paid cycle.
Subscription Pause: You can, at any time, pause your subscription for any duration, to resume it at a later date.
The payment of each month is final, unless you have not received your first delivery. In such case, you can request a refund and it will be issued as soon as possible. Issuing a refund in any other case is at Petite Revolte inc.'s discretion.
You can advise Petite Revolte inc. to have your subscription transferred to another beneficiary. Please pause your subscription as soon as you no longer use it, so that your new beneficiary can receive the maximum amount of remaining time in the current month.
While providing services, Petite Revolte inc. could receive or have access to information related to your past, present and future projects, including confidential information. Petite Revolte inc. commits to protecting the confidentiality of such information and all its uses. Petite Revolte inc. may use the material produced while providing services in its portfolio, such as on its website.
In case either party breaks the terms outlined here, this agreement will end and the subscription will be immediately terminated. The parties agree that once the subscription is terminated, Petite Revolte inc. no longer has any work to deliver in the context of the subscription.
